• Let us first share with you, the collections we carry that coupons and discounts are not applicable to. But fear not, we do run sales on these collections when the mood strikes us! The following collections are never discounted with coupons or codes:

• Discount coupons and store sales will specify where they can be used. Often, they can be used both online and instore, but please do not make this assumption. 

• Discount coupons and store sales apply to Bid & Buy merchandise only. Additional discounts cannot be applied to shipping cost, gift cards, gift wrapping, or any other services offered by Bid & Buy.

• Discount coupons and promo codes cannot be combined with other discount coupons or promo codes with the exception of one. We offer Free Shipping occasionally, and we do allow that discount to be combined with a coinciding discount coupon. The coupon cannot exceed 20% and be used with the Free Shipping allowance.

• Bid & Buy reserves the right to deactivate any discount coupon or promo code in the event of fraud or misrepresentation. We are not IQ 150 geniuses, but we are also not idiots so do not treat us like one. Discounts are a gift, please do not abuse that gift.

• Special sales offered over the holidays are sometimes automatic discounts that engage when a certain dollar amount is reached. You have to reach the minimum purchase amount before tax. 

• Discount coupons and store sales posted on the Bid & Buy online store (www.bidandbuydeals.com) are subject to change. We do our best to notify you of these changes, but it is not always possible, so be gumby (flexible) and remember that we are a discount retail store. We are here to save you money and beat anyone else's price.

Discount Codes

In this section we will detail the rules for specific discount codes, because who wants to read all of this in tiny print on a coupon?

1. SHIP4FREEOVER$75: From Black Friday through Christmas (and maybe even forever) we will be offering free shipping on all purchases over $75. This amount must be reached before tax. Another awesome perk that is included with this code, is you can combine it with another discount! Perhaps you have a coupon that is good for 10% or 15% off your total order. It can be used with our Free Shipping offer! I know, we rock!! There is a limit of $20 for the free shipping. Every penny over $20 will need to be paid by you. But likely most purchases will not go over that limit, so enjoy the additional discount!

Social Media Contests & Giveaways

1. Must be 18 years old or older to enter and win. Contests are open to residents of the contiguous United States only.
2. All contests/giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or any other Social Media Network. From time to time, a contest/giveaway may be sponsored by a vendor or affiliate that does business with Bid & Buy.
3. By accepting our free gift and/or entering our online contest, an entrant is indicating her/his agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enter an online contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes promoted by Bid & Buy, there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
4. Winner agrees to the use of her/his name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. However Bid & Buy will not post any personal information such as address or phone number. It is the responsibility of the winner, to provide a phone number and mailing address to ship out the prize, unless she/he is picking up the item locally. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Mailed prize(s) that do not make it to their final destination due to mail carrier error, acts of God, or any other circumstance are not liable to Bid & Buy.
5. Bid & Buy employees and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate in the contests or giveaways. Also, employees and family members of Bid & Buy affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), are not eligible to participate in the contests.
6. Entries or other specific actions must be made by the indicated time and date within the contest/giveaway post. After the posted time, no further entries to the contest/giveaway will be permitted. When applicable and/or asked to "like" a post as a contest rule, "love", "laugh", "wow", etc. options on Facebook are acceptable and considered to be a "like". Winners are chosen randomly using electronic software and are also chosen based on how well participants followed the rules, terms, and conditions of the contest being followed. Bid & Buy will either tag the winner in the comments section of the contest post or they will be messaged directly on the contest platform.
7. Winners must claim the prize(s) by the indicated time and date within the contest post. If the winner does not claim the prize(s) by the specified date and time indicated in the social media post, Bid & Buy reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and a new winner will be chosen. The new winner will have 24 hours from the direct message time and date to also claim the prize(s). If they do not claim the prize within the time frame, the process will continue, and a new winner will be chosen. Prize(s) cannot be traded or negotiated for cash or additional prizes. Prize(s) are not to be resold (but if you want to gift it, we understand).
8. By participating in this sweepstakes or contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this sweepstakes or contest.
9. By participating, entrants hereby release and agree to hold the associated company or organization of the prize(s) harmless, and each of their directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
10. Bid & Buy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest/giveaway should a pandemic, non-authorized human hack, fraud, or other cause beyond Bid & Buy’s control corrupt or affect the security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest/giveaway. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Bid & Buy reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such case, Bid & Buy may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Bid & Buy. Bid & Buy also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
11. Bid & Buy does not buy, rent, sell or trade personal information provided by contest entries or winners to third parties.
